Abstract
Chronic Lymphocytic leukemia(CLL) is a hematologic neoplasm resulting from
proliferation of single cell clone mostly B Lymphocyte with heterogeneity
of
differentiation and maturation. CLL is the commonest leukemia in the United States and
Europe, accounting for 30% of all cases, but is extremely rare in the Orient. Attention
has been focused on the continuing variability in the course of patients diagnosed CLL.
Recently we have experienced 5 cases of CLL with diverse clinical pictures from
incidental finding in routine CBC to coexistence with lung cancer.
